Complete breakdown and cart-away of all games / rental items at the end of your gaming hours

PARTIAL EXCHANGE:
A discount of $775 is being offered by Upstate Jamboree (the “Lessor”) to Stockade Works (the “Lessee”), in exchange for the following items and services (the “Rental Fee & Bartered Services”) from the Lessee, as listed in the Rental Agreement:
Feature as an Event sponsor on all digital marketing materials.
Feature in any newsletters plugging the Event, both before and after the Event, with links out to Lessor’s website.
At least one dedicated pre-Event permanent social media post, and at least one dedicated post-Event social media post, both on Instagram (and Facebook if possible) that tag Lessor in both the caption and the post itself.
At least one dedicated social media story post on Instagram (and Facebook if possible) that tags the Lessor.
Access to the professional photos of the Event with Lessor’s ability to use them on social media and on their website. Lessor plans to create a feature on their site that includes credits and links out to Stockade Works, the photographer, and all other vendors whose information is supplied to Lessor by Lessee.
Lessee shall pay to Lessor as a rental fee under this Agreement (the "Rental Fee”) for the use by Lessee of the Property, the sum of $1400 plus any applicable local and state taxes. Lessee shall deposit the sum of $700 with Lessor upon the execution of this Agreement in order to reserve the Property for the Event date. The deposit sum (the “Deposit”) shall be applied by Lessor to the Rental Fee. The balance of the Rental Fee shall be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the Event date.
SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
We need about two hours for set-up, plus another hour and a half for break down. (There is no additional charge for the time it takes us to set up and break down.)
