HOW OUR GIFT CARDS WORK
Purchasing this digital gift card creates a unique code. At checkout you will be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email address, as well as a custom message. The gift recipient will then receive an email with the gift card information. Alternatively you can elect to email the gift card to yourself so you can send it to the recipient another way.
When the recipient is ready to use their gift card, they will simply enter the code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.
Your gift card will never expire and may be applied to any product or service we offer via our website!
GET A PRINTED GIFT CERTIFICATE
If you would prefer to send the recipient a printed gift certificate, we are happy to accommodate your request. Just get in touch with us at gameon@upstatejamboree.com and we’ll take it from there :)
ARE YOU ABLE TO REFUND PURCHASES MADE WITH GIFT CARDS?
Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card simply adds the refunded amount back to the gift card's balance.
