An attendant present to work the event and reset the games as they are played, answer your guests' questions, and offer playing tips when needed
Full breakdown and cart-away of all games / rental items at the end of your gaming hours

SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
Set up of the Property will begin around 9:45am or earlier, and breakdown of the Property will begin around 3:30pm on Friday, June 14th, 2024. (There is no additional charge for the time it takes us to set up and break down.)

The Chess Lounge package includes 2 large slatted wood benches with 2 (optional) sheepskin rugs. Highly recommended for both Giant Chess and Giant Checkers!
Each bench can comfortably sit up to 3 people. This is our most popular lounge add-on as it draws a crowd to the game and offers guests a comfy seat while they play!

The Seating Vignettes lounge package includes 3 sets of the vignettes pictured above— that’s 6 wide leather-strap mid century modern chairs with 6 (optional) sheepskins, and 3 drink tables. This is a fantastic way to create intimate areas for your guests to sit and enjoy a drink together.
