YOUR PACKAGE ALSO INCLUDES:
Your gaming hours of 5:30pm - 9:30pm (may be adjusted up to fourteen days before your event date)
White-glove delivery to Audrey’s Farmhouse located at 2187 Bruynswick Rd, Wallkill, NY 12589
Full set up of all games / rental items by 4pm
Complete breakdown and cart-away of all games / rental items at the end of your gaming hours

PARTIAL EXCHANGE:
A 30% discount, valued at $330, is being offered by Upstate Jamboree (the “Lessor”) to Minna Lee (the “Lessee”), in exchange for the following items and services (the “Bartered Services”) as listed in the Rental Agreement:
◆ 1 permanent Instagram Reel video post by Lessee (Minna Lee) that will include footage of Upstate Jamboree’s games, as well as tags in both the caption and video content itself of @upstatejamboree (ensuring the post permanently appears on Upstate Jamboree’s Instagram profile). The completion date for this is September 11th, 2023.
◆ Lessee (Minna Lee) will feature Lessor (Upstate Jamboree) as a recommended vendor with a direct link to Upstate Jamboree’s website (https://www.upstatejamboree.com/) in Lessee’s wedding planning template to be released on Notion. The completion date for this is December 9th, 2023.
Lessee’s failure to provide the two aforementioned Bartered Services by their stated completion dates above will result in Lessee’s additional required payment of $330 to the Lessor.
SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
We need about an hour and a half for set-up, plus another hour and a half for break down. (There is no additional charge for the time it takes us to set up and break down.)
