Your gaming hours of 5 - 9pm (may be adjusted up to 14 days before your event)
An attendant present to work the event and reset the games as they are played, answer your guests' questions, and offer playing tips when needed.

SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
We need about an hour and a half for set-up, plus another hour and a half for break down. (There is no additional charge for the time it takes us to set up and break down.)

The Chess Lounge package includes 2 large slatted wood benches with 2 (optional) sheepskin rugs. Highly recommended for both Giant Chess and Giant Checkers!
Each bench can comfortably sit up to 3 people. This is our most popular lounge add-on as it draws a crowd to the game and offers guests a comfy seat while they play!

The Seating Vignettes lounge package includes 3 sets of the vignettes pictured above— that’s 6 wide leather-strap mid century modern chairs with 6 (optional) sheepskins, and 3 drink tables. This is a fantastic way to create intimate areas for your guests to sit and enjoy a drink together.
