White-glove delivery to your venue Lillistar at the Moxie Hotel located at 353 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211 with required use of a loading dock and/or freight elevator
Full set-up of all games / rental items before your gaming hours begin
Your gaming hours of 5-8:30pm (may be adjusted up to 14 days before your event date)
An attendant present during your gaming hours to reset the games as they're played, answer your guests' questions, and offer playing tips
Complete breakdown and cart-away of all games / rental items at the end of your gaming hours
An absurd amount of fun!
SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
We need about two to two and a half hours for set-up, plus another hour and a half for break down. (There is no additional charge for the time it takes us to set up and break down.)

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE
The total on this page includes a 3% credit card processing fee. If you elect to pay by check or wire / ACH, the fee will be removed.

The Chess Lounge package includes 2 large slatted wood benches with 2 (optional) sheepskin rugs. Highly recommended for both Giant Chess and Giant Checkers!
Each bench can comfortably sit up to 3 people. This is our most popular lounge add-on as it draws a crowd to the game and offers guests a comfy seat while they play!

The Seating Vignettes lounge package includes 3 sets of the vignettes pictured above— that’s 6 wide leather-strap mid century modern chairs with 6 (optional) sheepskins, and 3 drink tables. This is a fantastic way to create intimate areas for your guests to sit and enjoy a drink together.
